HEADLINE: Vehicle into Structure- 100 Westlake Center, Daly City
On September 7, 2012 at 10:37a.m., 4 Fire Companies and 1 Chief Officer responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a vehicle into a structure at 100 Westlake Center in Daly City.
The first arriving fire company reported a vehicle that had struck the exterior of the TJ Maxx building. Fire companies secured the vehicle and fire paramedics evaluated both the driver and a pedestrian for injuries. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries and was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for further evaluation and treatment. A city building official was requested to further evaluated the damage sustained to the building and the incident was mitigated in approximately sixty minutes. The cause of the accident is currently being investigated by the Daly City Police Department.
