On July 25, 2012 at 1:37 p.m., 4 Fire Companies and 1 Chief Officer responded to a report of a gas line rupture at 373 Glencourt Way in Pacifica.
The first arriving fire company arrived at scene and reported a four-inch gas line leaking after being struck by a construction crew. Fire companies evacuated two homes and “sheltered in place” residents in a third home. Fire companies coordinated with PG&E to secure the leak and once secured, residents were allowed back into their homes. There were no injuries involved and the incident was mitigated in approximately four hours.
